I have a 10+ years’ of experience from implementation projects in the field of information technologies, working in a different consultant, analyst and architect roles. In the last few years, I continue using the knowledge acquired throughout my career in the IT world in helping small and mid-size businesses with setup, innovation and growth in the area of digitalization.
Moreover, I’m now extending the knowledge of technologies and processes for an added value of a deeper perception of the invisible, intangible part of every single project. To which rarely is paid any attention but which is an undetachable part of our everyday reality. Completely regardless of the project type. Actually, it’s not only the undetachable part, but it serves as a causal point of all our experiences. In other words, it leads our lives, projects and businesses from behind of our backs. In these days, by still keeping to ignore this invisible aspect of reality, we inevitably deprive ourselves of potential growth and transcendence to a higher level of functioning in every aspect of life – business, personal and intimate inclusively. What helps is to contain this missing, unseen aspects.
The main value I’m trying to give over to the client is not a new methodology, project plan, a website, logo, Brand identity or an E-commerce business concept. But, ideally, a deeper awareness of why he does what he does in the world. And even more importantly – what are the possibilities of moving his business or project into a whole new level, what stands in the way of implementing this – what is the necessary momentum and how can the client participate in such a movement.
Therefore, whatever problem, issue or challenge stands in front of us, it would be more than appropriate to ask ourselves the following questions before any action is taken:
- What am I? (What am I doing here? What is my potential?)
- Where am I at the moment? (What is the current stage? Where am I within the current lifecycle?)
- Where am I going? (What wants to happen here? What is the intent, the vision, the flowering of the potential?)
The challenge of “the invisible” is always what lies between the project, team, company or individual and the vision. It’s simple as that. However, by asking these questions and then starting to look for the answers perforce ends up in nothing but manufacturing a superficial projection of what the vision, the purpose might be.
All we can really do is to ask the questions and then let our every day’s life to show us the answers. To open ourselves to receive and wait for the answers to come to us. Only by being willing and humble enough to surrender to such a process do we let ourselves to be formed into a shape our vision intended all along.

What I offer is to help you become aware of what stands between you and your vision. And to give you a rough idea of what the process of becoming your vision archetypally entails.
What am I good at?
I’m good at considering solutions, issues and requirements from a big picture and then identifying things that don’t work or do not serve the purpose anymore (the solution, the company or individuals). At the same time, I enjoy designing new solutions and proposing steps necessary to adjust, change or implement in order to serve the improvement and further growth.
Hence I love to work on projects of which interest is assisting companies or individuals within the innovation & transformation processes.
What do I perceive?
The very first thing before I start a new project is to make sure with the client what his/her idea of the vision is. This might sound very obvious to most of us but based on my experience it rarely is. And it applies equally to individuals as well as businesses.
Unlike the usual understanding, which considers the vision as something we create or make up out of our ideas, plans, wishes and desires, I understand the vision as the main intent which furtively stands behind all our actions. And that regardless if it applies to business projects or personal life.
Based on my observations and experience, the real intent of all human activity lies hidden deep in the unconscious. Paradoxically, it is this hidden unconscious intent which serves as a causal point of all our motivation. By the way, this also explains why the motivation from outside never really works for a long.
Yes, we are a manifestation of our vision in every single moment, but because we are unaware of it, we are hardly ever able to discern that which doesn’t serve this vision and constantly sabotages our intentions. And then we cannot work optimally and our projects, companies and personal lives never fulfil their true potential.
However, what’s most important is that our very attitude to the unfolding manifestation of this “unconscious” intent makes the decision about the success or failure of the project as a whole.
How do I work?
If there is any specific intent or “goal” of my work then it is to help you see your vision more clearly. Whether that is a particular projects’ vision or the vision of your (new) business.
It may be your intention to found a new company, start-up a new market brand, implement a fresh brand identity concept or simply to kick-off a new project to implement a company website. Or perhaps your well-established company struggles, you need support for an internal transformation initiative, there is too much tension inside the company or your effort to implement new aspects has failed.
I apply and use all the knowledge I acquired and there is no specific methodology I would be strictly following. Amongst all, I utilize the years of experience from IT consulting, business & technical analysis, solution architecture, several years of experience from E-commerce and building my own business.
