I’ve heard and read a lot of explanations of what “the embodiment” really is. To me, the embodiment is a long-term process. A process of various doings and non-doings, rather than some kind of a technique or a defined step-by-step program. It’s a sum of acts, deeds, decisions and felt-states which gradually, over time, lead to a grounding of the awareness back into the physical body, where it originates in. All to purify our physical nature and become who we really are beneath once again.
After some time it simply becomes a way of being and approaching our life experience in general. The consequence of such an approach is usually a significant difference in our life and well-being. We naturally move towards authenticity, presence and abundance in our actions, movements, communication, emotions, feelings and sensing. Without a constant impulse to run away from the present moment into our thoughts about the past or future.
In most cases, we have separated from our body by undergoing a difficult emotional, physical and mental experiences in the past, which we were unable to handle at the moment. That left a lot of unintegrated, unlived and unfelt states in our body. And every time such states are activated by some external circumstances again, we run the same old reaction patterns as the first time. Thus a vast majority, if not all of us, reached adulthood with a lot of conditioning.
Fear is what caused evacuation of the awareness from the physical body when we were children. And fear is also what we have to face, accept and embrace whenever we are ready to get back to our body. The ancient conditioning – ancestral fear, anger and all the millennia repressed and avoided unlived emotional states. It’s simply energy accumulated and compressed inside of our bodies and that especially in the area of our abdomens. Which is the reason for all our anxiety, discomfort and suffering – and our inability to bring awareness back to the body and consequently to calm our minds.
This fear is manifesting in all sorts of different archetypal patterns for each of us. Nevertheless, the causal point is the same for everyone. Each archetype in our unique genome has got some core, primary fear hidden underneath. And the outer manifestation of this fear is generally called the shadow. Or the shadow frequency, shadow consciousness, the dark side and so on. Hence this particular fear has to be deeply accepted and embraced in order to raise the frequency of an archetype. Of the particular genetic code in our DNA, which then can activate the higher frequency of a gene and release its real potential.
While I cannot make anybody to embody anything, most of us require outer support at the early stages of such a delicate and profound process. Thus if you feel it’s too much for you at the beginning and you need assistance, it might also be your circumstance. Our work may contain some physical activities, bodywork, breathing sessions, your hologenetic profile contemplation or whatever the current moment requires. Partly we can work remotely but obviously, it’s more suitable to cooperate face-to-face.
